The Peruvian jungle, one of our three natural regions, contains countless secrets and charms. Thick forests, great rivers, magnificent species of animals and plants and delicious ingredients are some of the attractions that await you in our Amazon.
We give you eight reasons to encourage you to discover it. You will fall in love with her:
1. You will see unique animals
If you are an animal lover, there is nothing better than seeing them in their habitat. Pink dolphins appear stealthy on the waters, monkeys jump between the treetops, the lazy watch from the top of the branches and birds fly from one side to another filling the sky with color.
2. You will enjoy nature as never before
Many places in the Amazon are accessible only by boat. Going into them on board boats or ‘peque-peques’ is a way to connect with Mother Earth and appreciate it as it should be: quietly and calmly.
